Pathing Homepage Choose the right stage

You’re not broken. The dealership model is.

If you’re good at sales but exhausted by the lifestyle, you’re not alone. The problem isn’t effort — it’s time dependency. ASC is the professional bridge from dealership life to ownership, without quitting your job or gambling your income.

Same industry. Different structure.

Most dealership pros don’t need more motivation — they need leverage. This page shows the clean, professional path from “being needed on the floor” to building something that compounds.

The Bridge: from time-trap to ownership

Four stages. One standard. Start where you are, build competence, and move up only when the math and standards make sense.

Stage 2 Foundation

Membership

For active dealership professionals building broker judgment and systems while keeping their current role. You’re learning how deals move, how markets work, and how brokers evaluate opportunities — without needing to run deals yourself. This stage builds judgment, structure, and fluency.

Stage 3 Operate

PRO Auto Broker

For professionals ready to operate inside a compliant framework with oversight. You’re executing inside a professional framework, learning how operations, compliance, and deal flow work before taking on full ownership. This is where theory turns into practice.

Not sure where you fit? Answer this in 30 seconds.

Your next step isn’t about ambition. It’s about time, responsibility, and what you can realistically support right now.

How hands-on do you want to be right now?

How much time do you actually have?

Where are you in your auto career today?

Do you need a parallel transition or a full jump?

What level of responsibility are you ready for?

Do you want oversight first, or full ownership now?

Dealership skill is real. The model is the problem.

ASC is built for working professionals who want ownership and time leverage — with structure, standards, and real operations.

“I always knew brokers were making real money. I’d seen the margins and asked, ‘Why can’t I do this?’ The answer wasn’t ability — it was real life. A job. Bills. Responsibilities. ASC didn’t ask me to blow up my life. It gave me a responsible way to transition — with real structure and no chaos.”

“ASC gave me the structure without cutting my legs off."

In sales, people ask you for help outside what you can personally handle. Most of the time, those conversations just stop. Not because the customer isn’t real — but because you don’t have anywhere to take it. ASC gave me a clean way to support those opportunities without changing my role. I finally have a system behind me when someone reaches out.

“I’ve always had relationships — I just didn’t have a way to support them.”

FAQ

Keep it simple. This page is here to route you to the right stage.

Do I need to be licensed to start? No. Starter and Membership are for learning and building skill. Licensing/registration depends on your state and when you move into operating.
What’s the difference between PRO and Independent? PRO = operate inside a standard with oversight. Independent = you own the operation and carry full responsibility for systems, compliance, and outcomes.
How fast can I move through stages? As fast as your reps and standards allow. The goal is competence, not speed. Move up when you can execute cleanly and consistently.
Is ASC a dealership? No. ASC is training + systems + accountability. If you’re brokering, you must follow the rules in your jurisdiction and operate legally.
